Patrouilleur

The patrol vessel "Flamant" of the Franch National Navy (P 676) in active service since mai 16 1998,
keeps an eye on fishing activities within French territorial waters, polution at sea and assists by rescue work.
The P 676 is stationed in Cherbourg.

There are two other ships of the same type, the Cormoran (P 677) and the Pluvier (P 678)
